Jolada rotti or jowar flour roti is prepared using jowar flour, water and salt. Jolada rotti or jowar roti is very popular flat bread in North Karnataka.
Jolada rotti with 2 – 3 varieties of curry is very common in most of the North Karnataka houses.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Jowar flour
- 1.25 cup water
- 1 – 2 tbsp wheat flour (this is the trick)
- Salt as per your taste
- 1/2 tsp cooking oil
- A clean cotton cloth and a small bowl of water
